In this tutorial I am going to teach you the water effect in a text.
Final Output
Step 1: Open Photoshop with a white background.
Step 2: Using gradient tool draw a background as follows. #336cad as foreground color and 30dddf as background color.
It will look like
Step 3: Type the text you want with the text tool.
Step 4: Go to Layer-> Rasterize->type.
Step 5: Using brush tool, with around 30 px draw some drops.
Step 6: Go to Layer->Layer Style-> Drop Shadow

Then click on Inner shadow and then click Bevel and Emboss. Change smooth under technique to Chisel Hard
Step 7: Then click Blending Option Custom and change Fill opacity to 0. Then click OK.
